Golfers Get Faster Recovery and More Days of Play with RESET's Private Sunlighten Infrared Saunas

Golfers very often suffer from a range of injuries while playing the sport they love so much. From common neck injuries to back strains or overall fatigue from the walking, twisting, and eventual swinging of the club. Back pain is tough on golfers as this type of pain, can flow through the entire body affecting the performance during the game itself, making even the simple putting stroke torturous.

You may not consider yourself an athlete or serious player, but have no doubt, the stressors you place on your body during a 'friendly round' can be just as demanding as a Pro.

All athlete’s bodies suffer from constant wear and tear, but over the past several years, what has now become obvious is how they recover and restore, is just as important as game day.

The 'old school' bucket of ice and a warm bath or steam sauna have now been replaced by Advanced Recovery Concepts like RESET Private Wellness Club providing technologies like Far-Infrared therapy (FIR) saunas, Hyperbaric Chambers and Neuro-Acoustic Technologies as both professionals and weekend warriors alike speed up recovery for advanced performance and even continuous days of high-performance play if desired....

So What is a Far Infrared Sauna?

Understanding how FIR works is relatively simple. As most of us learned in science class back in the day, only a small part of the electromagnetic spectrum is visible by the naked eye. Infrared rays are the wavelength of non-visible light on the spectrum, which has many well-known applications from heating, to night vision technologies. In fact, our bodies are always absorbing and emitting Infrared naturally. FIR increases the vibration of water molecules inside the cell, which in turn raises the temperature in microscopic regions by electromagnetic energy, rather than heat (1)

The Highest quality Far infrared saunas (like RESET's) use Carbon Infrared heating sources, to release electromagnetic wavelengths, while traditional dry saunas or steam saunas simply heat the surrounding air to around 190 degrees which can then be absorbed by the body as much as 1.5 inches under the skin. But the air temperature inside an infrared sauna will only reach a much more tolerable 55 degrees Celcius, some can heat up to 60º C

How Our Sunlighten Saunas Recover You...

Sunlighten saunas use patented Solocarbon heating panels in all of their saunas. These panels have a special coating that emits the highest quality and quantity of far-infrared heat available from any sauna on the market. Their Solocarbon panels are the only far infrared heaters clinically shown to raise core body temperature nearly 3° for the most detoxifying sweat.

Clinical Study to Aid in Muscle Recovery

A 2015 study from the Journal of Athletic Enhancement (2),(3) tested the effectiveness of Far Infrared Therapy on a group track and field, baseball, and gymnastic athletes. A group of 10 male athletes studied, found that the use of FIR heat for a period of 40 minutes, resulted in an improvement of muscle recovery after a period of intense training, compared to those who used passive recovery methods. So, while the old ways of sweating it out in a traditional sauna may be an indisputable way to cleanse and detox, the new FIR technology is a wonderful way to soothe muscle strain. All this along with decreasing the stress that comes from a rigid recovery routine can help you get back onto the course in less time.

PLEASE NOTE:

"INFRARED SAUNAS CAN NOT CHANGE YOUR SKIN COLOUR. WITH REGULAR USE YOU WILL SEE YOUR SKIN IS CLEANER AND SOFTER"
